Feeding your dog

Well, you definitely cannot forget food. During times of recession, some dogs are given up to shelters. Those who do keep their dogs have to make do with just the basic dog supplies, which is actually just going back to what it was like years before. Dog food is an essential that can never be left out from your grocery list. Choose healthy food that will help your dog maintain its well-being so that you do not end up bringing it to the vet for expensive treatments.

You should be able to provide your dog a time for play. Exercise is also important to animals to keep them healthy. You could walk your dog regularly. Your dog should be able to follow basic commands. While it is not important for your dog to know a bag of tricks, your dog must be disciplined and able to follow commands coming from you. A trainer is a must-have if you have a hard time teaching your dog yourself. You will be needing supplies that a trainer will suggest. Items used for play may also be used for training.
